How it works

Three steps to the finished video.

  1. Step 1: Post a job with a brief

    Number of videos, hooks, length, format, target group and a scene-by-scene script – the template asks for everything that matters.

  2. Step 2: Accept applications

    Creators apply with their own price. Once you accept, it becomes a fixed order with fee, licence and delivery period.

  3. Step 3: Approve and launch the ad

    One revision round is included. With a paid ads licence, you create the finished video as a paused Meta ad.

How much does a video cost?

Each creator sets their own fee, and it is shown on their profile. On top come a 20 % service fee on the creator fee and – if chosen – a surcharge for paid ads rights. Before you send the request, you see the total price calculated by the server.

How do I find suitable creators?

Either you post a job with a brief and creators apply with their price, or you search the directory by language, country, price, gender, age and niche and invite creators directly.

What usage rights do I get?

Organic: your own website and your own social media channels for 12 months, included. Paid ads: paid advertising in addition for 3, 6 or 12 months. The term starts when you approve the video and does not renew automatically. Whitelisting, exclusivity, sublicensing and AI training are not included.

How are creators checked?

Creators publish their profile themselves; it only becomes visible after our review. If a creator later changes their name, handle or description, or uploads a new portfolio video, the profile is reviewed again.

Are payments already processed?

Not yet. UGCHub is in a pilot phase: orders, video delivery, revisions and approval work for real, payments and invoices will follow. Nothing is charged.
